The concept of modular dies was developed with the intention of producing a type of versatile and interchangeable die into the production line. It concerns a die set planned according to the needs of the client, from the type of press to the manufacturing of the finished product.
The modular die set is equipped with lower and upper slide guides to allow transversal and/or longitudinal movement of the dies with reference to the movement of the belt.
With this type of Die it is easy to combine 1 or more different dies, retaining the level of efficiency and reducing dead-time for change-overs.
